About the Society

The mission of the International Society of Open Systems and Information Dynamics, is to promote interdisciplinary research in mathematics, physics, engineering and life sciences centered around the issues of broadly understood information processing, storage and transmission, in both quantum and classical settings. This mission is accomplished through organization of conferences, workshops and seminars, animation of international scientific cooperation and exchange among the Society members, as well as engagement in various publishing projects. In particular, the Society supports and promotes Open Systems and Information Dynamics journal, currently published and distributed as a  World Scientific title.

The Society offers to its members individual subscription of the OSID journal at a reduced price, significant reduction of conference fees at the Symposium on Mathematical Physics and other events co-organized by the Society, access to electronic archives of OSID covering the volumes 1992–2007, etc.
